The Flash Player reached its End of Life on January 12, 2020. The only way to access webinars will be through the Webinato Application, which you can download from any login page.

You can find a helpful troubleshooter located in the upper right hand corner of the conference room, as displayed below:

This will bring up a number of options for you to proceed and test.


The troubleshooter can help you check packet loss by doing bandwidth tests, sound tests, and much more.
