Recast/MP4 Issues
We are having issues with recasts and MP4 conversion but we are looking into this - rest assured.
If you are receiving the error: Security error occurred, this could be due to a firewall issue. This means something on your computer (usually an antivirus, firewall, or internet security suite) is blocking the image from displaying on your PC. Please try completely disabling all internet security, firewall, and anti-virus software on your PC and then log out and back into the conference room.
Webinar Access Page is Blank, or Room is Empty
If you are having trouble disabling the software in question, you will need to contact the company that created the software. If all security software has been disabled and you receive this message, please also verify the following: You are hardwired connected to your modem/router or have a strong wireless connection. Poor/weak wireless connections are not suggested due to the constant audio and video streaming.
