Please note that our support staff cannot give out passwords, nor can they provide account information for user accounts created for services outside of Webinato. If you are a trader and have signed up for, or are paying for, services from a trading company, please contact that trading company's support team directly.

  • If you get an error message telling you that your password is not correct, be sure you typed it correctly. All passwords are case-sensitive. (Note: Be sure your caps-lock key is not accidentally engaged)
  • If you received a password in an email, you may have accidentally copied some spaces when trying to highlight your password. (Note: We do not recommend the copy/paste method when it comes to passwords)
  • If you are sure you are typing in your password correctly, you may need to reset your Webinato password to regain access. Please click the Forgot you password? link under the Password field to start the password reset process.
