If you do not have a password to attend a Webinato event or room, please check the following:
- Check Your Email: If you registered for a webinar or were invited to join a room, you should have received some login credentials or a login link in your email. Please make sure you check your Spam folder or Trash in case the email as accidentally deleted or seen as Junk.
- Reset Your Password: If you cannot find your invitation email, you can always try the Forgot Password link, located under the Password field on any Webinato login page. This link will bring you to a form where you can enter your email address, and if that address is in our system, we will send you instructions on how to reset your email.
- NOTE: This link will only work for accounts created inside of the Webinato platform. If you usually log in via your host company's website, you will have to contact them for instructions on how to retrieve your password. For more information on this, click here.
- Contact Your Webinar Hosting Company: Webinato is the technology provider for many different companies and organizations, and as such, we do not control the content of any webinars produced by these entities, nor do we control any account information created by these entities for their own customers. If you have any problems with your account, please contact the host company directly, as Webinato staff does not have access to, and cannot give to you, any usernames or passwords.
