How Do I Clear Webinato Application Cache?

Clearing the Webinato application cache may remedy some problems such as webinar display or loading issues.


On Windows

  1. Exit the Webinato application
  2. Open the following link in Windows Explorer
  3. %appdata%
  4. Open the "Webinato" folder
  5. Go to the "Cache" folder
  6. Delete all the content in this folder


On Mac OS

Clear the cache in /Users/<user>/Library/Application Support/<yourAppName>/Cache


On Linux

Clear the cache in /home/<user>/.config/<yourAppName>/Cache


*Notes: 

  1. Here, "yourAppName" should be Webinato
  2. "user" should be your profile/user name
