We here at Webinato Customer Support would like to help explain why our services were unavailable for most of the day on Friday, October 21, 2016.
This was due to a massive internet outage, caused by a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack on one of the countries largest providers of Domain Name System (DNS) services; Dyn.
Here is a recap of the event, as reported by by national news agencies:

This attack severed the connections of hundreds of thousands of websites, disrupting businesses and services of all sizes. Outside of Webinato, some major websites whose services were greatly affected included, but were not limited to:
- PayPal
- Spotify
- and many more
- Try restarting your web browser, or your computer, to reset your internet connection
- Try deleting your web browser's cached files; How do I clear my browser cache?
