Please carefully follow this guide if you are unable to load the webinar room (it gets stuck at the Webinato logo).
On Windows
Step 1:
Watch the Video Guide and Follow (the textual guide shows the same steps)
- Exit the Webinato application
- Open the following link in Windows Explorer
- %appdata%
- Now you must be in the folder C:\Users\< Your User Name >\AppData\Roaming
Your User Name is the username of your Windows login. It will be automatically populated when you open the %appdata% folder - Open the "Webinato" folder
- Delete all the content in this folder
- Now, try accessing the Webinato webinar room.
Step 2: Only if Step One fails
- Exit the Webinato Desktop App (must)
- Download the file here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1AxR9OFyI1dMB9nL8eEcF53IIcR1ai17l/view?usp=sharing
- Extract the files
- Open Windows Explorer (Windows file viewer) and search for %appdata%
Simply copy this and paste it into the address bar of the Windows Explorer, and press Enter. - Now you must be in the C:\Users\<Your User's Name>\AppData\Roaming
- Find the folder with the name webinato
- Delete all the entries in this file (do not delete the folder): To Delete, press and hold the SHIFT key of your keyboard and press the Delete (or Del) keys together, then confirm the action.
- Now, copy all the files you extracted from the downloaded file and paste them into this folder.
- Launch the application or click the login link. This should bring the webinar room back.
- If someone is unable to follow the steps, contact the technical support team.
On Mac
- Uninstall the Webinato application
- Remove the /Users/<user>/Library/Application Support/Webinato/ folder
- Reinstall Webinato from https://github.com/Webinato/WebinatoMacInstaller/releases/download/v1.1.7/WebinatoMacSetup.dmg
- If someone is unable to resolve it, contact the technical support team.
- If someone is unable to follow the steps, contact the technical support team.
Contact Support:
- Please install AnyDesk https://anydesk.com/en OR https://www.teamviewer.com/apac/solutions/use-cases/quicksupport/
- Create a ticket and provide us with your AnyDesk ID if you installed AnyDesk
- Accept the invitation so we can remotely fix the issue
- If you installed TeamViewer, provide us with the ID and Password.
