Webinato Application - Attendee Login Options

Webinato Application is developed by the Webinato developer team to access a virtual room without having to worry about Flash Player restrictions with standard browsers. In this guide, all the login methods that are available with the app and how you can use each method are discussed.

Login Methods

There are a few login methods:

  1. Event Login
  2. Log in as a Guest
  3. Log in as a Registered User
  4. Single Sign-On
  5. Viewing Autopilots

Event Login

If you have registered for an event, accessing the webinar room using Webinato Application is straightforward.

  1. Click the link in the event registration confirmation email. If you added the event to your calendar (e.g., Outlook calendar), open the specific entry and then click the link
  2. You will be taken to the following login page
    When Flash Player is Disabled

    When Flash Player is Enabled

  3. Click Use Webinato Application. The next page would be,
  4. Click the Download and Double-click the Webinato Application Setup file
  5. Click here to learn how to install the app
  6. At the end of the installation, click the [HERE] link to launch the app. The Open Webinato? popup will open
  7. Click Open Webinato. This is the final step and if the event allows users to the webinar room, you will be taken to the webinar room

Log in As a Guest

To log in as a guest, use the direct link. It is in the following format

  1. Open the link in your browser
  2. The next steps are similar to the Event log in
  3. In the final step, you need to provide your email, password, and press enter

Note: You can simply open the Webinato Application next time, click the Orange X at the upper right-hand corner. Then copy and paste the link to the address bar and click Go. Then you simply have to enter your credentials

Login as a Registered User

To log in as a registered user,

  1. To install the app for the first time, open the login link in your standard browser - follow the instructions in the Event Login section to install the app
  2. Double click the Webinato Application shortcut to open the app
  3. Click the Orange X button at the upper right-hand corner
  4. Copy and paste the login link in the address bar and click the Go button
  5.  Enter your credentials and log in as you normally would

Single Sign-On

This method is similar to the Event Login method. Once you sign in to the member portal, click the button or the link that you normally would. It will take you to the Webinar Access Options page. The rest of the process is similar to the one in the Event Access section

Autopilot Access

This method is similar to Guest Access or Direct Login. You can either click the link in a standard browser and let it open the Webinato Application. The easiest method would be,

  1. Open Webinato Application in your computer
  2. Close the introduction information using the Orange X button
  3. Copy and paste the autopilot link
  4. Click Go
