If you are unable to register for a future webinar put on by the host company, there are a few reasons why this is happening:

  • The host company may have disabled registration for future events, and only allows you to register for select events on their calendar. Please contact your webinar hosting company for more information.
  • Please make sure you are registering for an event that is not yet started. You cannot register for an event that has passed its scheduled event date and start time, so please check the date and time on your invitation email. If you have questions, ask your webinar host.
  • Your host may have restricted registration to a select few on what is called a "white list," or a list of allowed emails. You will again have to check with your host company to see if this is the case.
