Most recordings provided by Webinato clients are in a format called an AutoPilot Recording.
An AutoPilot Recording is not simply a flat movie file, but is a dynamic recreation of the event with full interactivity left intact, just as it was when the event was broadcast live. Because an AutoPilot is more than a flat movie file, these recordings must be played through Webinato host servers (i.e. the Webinato platform), and they behave similarly to how a live event does. If for this reason that AutoPilot Recordings cannot be downloaded to your computer directly.
Administrators for your webinar host company can convert any AutoPilot Recording to a flat movie file (MP4) and make that available for you to download instead. Since this is an optional service, please ask your webinar host for more information on if this is an available option for your recordings.
