Room appearance refers to the actual view of the live conference room. You can personalize the room by adding your own branding. Follow the steps below to configure your room as you see fit.
To add a company logo, which will be displayed in the room, event registration page, archive page, and login page:Go to the Admin page, and click on Modify Organization Settings:
Then click choose file and upload your company logo. After upload completes, click update changes at the bottom of the page:
Your webinar room should now look like this:
To add a company banner, which will be displayed in the room:Go to the Admin Page, and click on Modify Room Settings:
Scroll down to Room Layout, and upload your banner. It can be shown left justified, centered, or right justified. Click update changes at the bottom of the page.
Note that the banner pushes the media modules downward, compared to the logo. Your webinar room should now look like this (left justified):

From within the Room Settings, you can enter an Exit Landing Page. When participants leave the room, this can take them to your company website, a sign-up form, play a YouTube video, etc. You can modify this on the fly, by clicking the grey gear icon in the top right hand corner of the room.
Go to the Admin Page, and click on Modify Room Settings, and then:
Click on Common Room Settings (this will change the Exit Landing Page URL for ALL rooms)
Click on the individual room in the list to change the Exit Landing Page URL for each room (will override the Exit Landing Page URL set for ALL rooms in the common room settings)
Be sure to click update changes at the bottom of the page.
