As of 12/07/2016, Google Chrome versions 55 and greater now automatically block or disable most Flash-based content from websites, including Webinato.

The Flash Player plugin is still included with these versions of Chrome, however, and you can re-enable any Flash-based content for Webinato and other sites by following a few simple steps and checking some settings in Chrome:

 Make sure the Flash Player Plugin is enabled

If you are seeing the message “Flash Player Required” or you need to have Flash installed, and you are using Chrome, that means that the Flash Player plugin has been disabled.

Please follow these steps to enable the Flash Player plugin:

  • Click the link that says “here” which will then prompt a request to allow Flash to run then simply click “Allow

  • Once you’ve allowed Flash to run then Google Chrome will reload your current page then you can proceed to login to the webinar room.

  • Open the Chrome File Menu, by clicking the 3 dots at the upper right of the Chrome window, and then select Settings:

  • On the Chrome Settings page, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Advance.

  • Once Advanced Settings are shown, find the Privacy section, and click the Content settings button:

  • In the Content settings window, scroll to the Flash section, and make sure it is set to “Ask first (recommended).

  • You can then close the settings tab and attempt to reload your browser if needed.

Note: By default, Google Chrome will automatically disable Flash Player once you close your browser and you would need to enable it once more as needed.
